1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or prescription eyewear
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Help@semiconductorresearchlabs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with return authorization and instructions.
  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
